VIPS Organizing TEDx Event in March

Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies or VIPS is organizing its very own TEDx event on 4th March 2021 at the main campus.

The event at VIPS is all set, to begin with, a motive to share and discuss every possible idea revolving around young minds.

TEDx is basically a program of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At any such event, the live speakers come together to discuss their views in a small group.

These local events are branded TEDx, where ‘x’ stands for independently organized TED event.

SPEAKERS AT THE VIPS TEDx

• Maha Vir Chakra Chiman Singh Yadav                                                                                                                                  

  

  Mr Singh is the real-life hero for our nation. He is a decorated Navy officer who played a key role in the liberation of Bangladesh during the war of 1971. Chiman, an ace diver, believes “once a diver, always a diver”. He is one of the last survivors of the 1971 war against Pakistan.

• Radhika Sharma                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  

  Radhika is one of those who love to take up new challenges. She quit her mundane corporate job and switched to her exciting hobby of travelling, and is now happy and successful in her life. Apart from travelling, Radhika is also a blogger, YouTuber and social media influencer.

• Aman Dhattarwal                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  

  Known for his motivational and informative YouTube videos, Aman Dhattarwal is a B.Tech graduate from NSUT. He is a career counsellor, public speaker, YouTuber, influencer and also the founder of “Apni Kaksha”. The 26-year-old speaker always believes in finding passion and not a purpose.

• Sajan Sachdeva                                                                                                                                                                                       

  

  Mr Sachdeva lost his legs to a terrifying electricity shock just at the age of 9, where half of his body was burned. But he didn’t give up and instead worked harder. He has been able to finish a 21km marathon in under 3 hours. His dedication and positivity in life have left everyone speechless.

• Anurag Mishra                                                                                                                                                                                       

  

  He is the creator/host of the podcast “Travelling Inwards- Living a More Meaningful Life”. He is also the co-founder of “Here For You” -a community that has been working towards the betterment of humanity. Mr Mishra is also an alumnus of VIPS.

• Priyal Keni                                                                                                                                                                                               

  

  Miss Keni is a Shiv Chattrapati Awardee and is an international rifle shooter. She has represented India as a member of the Indian rifle shooting team at several international competitions like the World University Games and the World Championships. She is an inspiration to many young women who aspire to dream more and achieve more.
