During the IP University exams, a lot of students have face so many technical issues in respect to the internet connectivity, QR code scanning, uploading of answer sheet etc. Since many complaints were made by students in the first few weeks of the exams, the University released another helpline no. along with the existing helpline no. and email-id to cope with the high number of students reaching out to the Support Team for help. Following that, on February 9th, 2021, the University released a notice informing the aggrieved students that their complaints are being considered and necessary actions would be taken soon.

In a recent notice dates 19.02.2021, the University has provided a link for those students who have faced any issues during the online IP University exams. In the earlier notice, the students were asked to send their issues on the email id provided by the University. However, now they will have to register their complaints on the given link. The students are required to go to the link and fill the Google form providing the details of the problems that they have encountered.

The University has clearly stated in the notice that the students have to register their complaints by 8th March, 2021, only then the university would be able to take necessary actions for redressal of their grievances. After the given date, no more complaints would be considered and no further requests of extension of date would be entertained.
