Ever since the online exams began, students are facing numerous problems that both the university and the platform holders consistently try to resolve at the earliest.

• How do I login?
Go to the link – https://ggsipu.wheebox.com/LOGIN-2/ggsipu.jsp. Enter the login credentials received in your mail. If you are a fresh user, your enrollment no will be the username and password, after which you have to register yourself by entering your email ID and other details. Do check the spam/junk folder. Try to type the password instead of copying to avoid any error during login.
• When can I start logging in on my exam day?
The login portal will not open until 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time. It is highly advised that the candidate logins 30 minutes prior to their exam time to avoid any kind of last-minute stress. Also, the site might show slower results when the exam time is near because of many students hopping on to the same server link at once. It is important to note that the examination will start only at the mentioned time, till then every student has to wait in the waiting lounge.
• The popup says “Page Unresponsive” during the exam. What to do?
This is the latest problem before wheebox and GGSIPU students. Many candidates complained of the exam window getting hanged when the popup saying “Page Unresponsive” appeared suddenly. As this was new, many panicked and didn’t know what to do. This is a server error from the platform’s side. In such a case, students are advised to remain calm and wait till the issue gets resolved. Whatever time is lost, each candidate will be allotted extra time, respectively.

• How do I jump to a specific question?
Initially, the candidate can only toggle through different questions in order by clicking on the ‘Next’ button again and again. For any student who is at the beginning, it becomes difficult to reach the last by this method. This difficulty can be eased up by checking the box of “Auto Next”. This option is available almost on the top right corner of the screen. Now, you can simply click and jump to the question you want to attempt from the whole set.
• What browsers are recommended?
Candidates are advised to use the latest version of either Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser. If you see a cross sign next to the browser column, it means you might not have the latest version, so do install that.
