Aarya is an Indian crime drama series based on the Dutch drama series Penoza by Peter Bart Korthuis. The show is co-directed by Ram Madhvani, Sandeep Modi, and Vinod Rawat, starring Sushmita Sen in a titular role.
Sushmita Sen, crowned as Femina Miss India and Miss Universe in 1994, appeared on the screen after a pretty long break. Making her debut in the web series, giving a spectacular performance, Sushmita is back on strike like a badass.

A story of a happy family, whose patriarch is indulged in illegal activities but is an ideal husband and a father for his family. Aarya, his wife soon finds out about his illegal business. How far will Aarya go when her life completely turns upside down?
The series never takes its eyes off Aarya. A dutiful mother and a docile homemaker is no damsel in distress. Her transformation for the sake of protecting her family is absolutely praise-worthy.
