SFI Delhi Extends its Assistance for Admission to Universities in Delhi to help students. the student community is anxious about the range of uncertainties with regard to admissions this year, particularly with the various alterations in light of the unique Covid-19 situation. The academic year for the new batch is beginning considerably late. Students are facing problems, some of which are-
- Instructions on websites can be overwhelming and maybe be inaccessible to many due to language barriers.
- Outstation students, female aspirants, and PWD students face serious doubts and hindrances in a smooth admission process.
The initiatives on behalf of the university in this regard are highly inadequate and not friendly enough.
SFI Delhi | Assistance for Admission to Universities
SFI Delhi has published admission helpline numbers offering assistance to students seeking admission in central universities like DU, JNU, JMI. They are also offering assistance in admission for other universities in Delhi like Ambedkar University, Indraprastha University, Shiv Nadar, and South Asian University. Assistance will be provided in admission procedures and clarifications.
How to Avail Assistance for Admission to Universities?
Students may contact the specified numbers to help receive directives on entrance examinations as well as the post-cut-off release course of action, and availing seat in hostels. “SFI has remained at the forefront in all matters concerning the welfare of students and we hope to fruitfully aid students who are seeking admission in Delhi. It is our goal to ensure that students face no deterrents in their educational pursuits and to encourage student community’s participation in helping their fellow juniors”, says Sumit Kataria, President of SFI Delhi.
“Many of us studying in Delhi had sought assistance from volunteers of SFI Delhi. There are even students who stay back in Delhi during their vacation to provide help to students and parents who find it difficult to navigate through the procedures. It significantly reduces the burden on students and acts as a huge relief”, added Pritish Menon, Secretary of SFI Delhi.
