There’s good news for all the GGSIPU admission seekers. The GGSIPU admissions deadline is further extended till 31st July 2020.
The extension comes after a list of deadlines that were listed earlier. In a notice dated 20th July 2020, the GGSIPU administration has decided to further push the date to 31s July keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation in Delhi NCR. The news might even come as a relief for people who might have missed the admission form filling chance.
What Does The Notice Say? | GGSIPU Admissions
The notice released by the University administration, states the reasons behind the cancellation of the notice. It goes on to state that “It is informed to all candidates that the date for online submission of application forms for all programmes has been extended by the university till July 31, 2020.”
For filling the application form, you can visit ipu.ac.in and fill in the admission form till 31st July 2020. The reason behind the delay is stated to be the restrictions by the Government of India and NCT of Delhi.
It further sheds light on MBA admissions. The MBA aspirants are requested to register themselves on ipu.admissions.nic.in. The admissions for MBA will be done through CAT 2020.
Date of Editing Forms Open Till 3rd August | GGSIPU Admissions
With the extension of the deadline till 31st July 2020, the date for editing the application forms has also been extended. The new date for editing the application now stands on 3rd August. This is a two-day extension from 1st August 2020.
End Term Exams | GGSIPU Exams
Apart from the admissions, GGSIPU is yet to announce its decision on the matter pertaining to the matter. The UGC guidelines released recently were in favour of conducting exams. However, Deputy Chief Minister, Mr Manish Sisodia announced the cancellation of examinations for Delhi state universities.
Although, there hasn’t been an official notice on the same. The students of the university have been kept in the dark as of now on the matter.
