- Sitting for 6-7 consecutive hours in front of a screen is now hurting physically too. The study pattern has become so stressful, that relaxing hours are just slipping out of hands.

How To Deal With Non-Stop Pressure?
- Change your study time to fit your energy rhythm
If you are not a morning person then relax in the morning but study at night. Not everyone is born to be productive in the morning. Right!
- Study with breaks
All work; no play can be really dreadful. Give your brain the relaxation that it requires and come up with the same energy. Call a friend, cook something, basically get some fresh mind and fresh air.
- Set your goal
Always set up your target for a day. Doing goals without aims is not profitable or professional in the long run. Stay focussed on today’s assignments and workbooks. Worrying about tomorrow will only make the problem worse.
