Online Examination for GGSIPU is all set to begin from today. With the new mode of online proctor-based examination, there is a lot of confusion going around in the minds of the student community.
While GGSIPU is answering all the FAQs in an elaborated manner, many students are facing issues that the university is still trying to address.
The University has released several notices with a proper description so that none of its students undergo any kind of difficulties while sitting for their final exams.

Let us discuss the Steps For Taking Online Examination one by one in detail:
• STEP 1- Log in
All the students appearing for the exam have to get registered first. For this, one must log in with the URL – https://ggsipu.wheebox.com/LOGIN-2/ggsipu.jsp. Initially, the login ID and password will be your enrollment number as provided by the University. Press Continue.
• STEP 2- Form Completion
Once you have logged in successfully, you will be directed to a pre-filled form containing your name, enrolment number, and details of the subjects you have in the current semester. The candidate needs to provide his/her contact number, email ID, and also examination location (there will be two options- Delhi-NCR, Home Centre).
• STEP 3- New Login Details
The candidate will then receive an email from support@wheebox.com on his/her registered email ID. The mail will provide the student with new login credentials. All the students are advised to wait for some time to receive the mail and also check the spam folder in case no mail can be found.

• STEP 4- Face Training
Using the same URL (as mentioned in Step 1), enter the login details received in your mail. Candidates now need to train their face and follow the instructions as listed. The system will ask for allowance to the camera and you will have to click 4 snaps of your face. Move to the next step.
• STEP 5- Print/Save Registration Form
Once the face training has been done, click on Next. You will be directed to preview the registration form. Check the details carefully and keep the form saved/printed for future reference.
• STEP 6- Re-Login
After completing the registration task, re-login (with the login credentials received on mail). Now you are all set to take your exams and mock test.

It is important to note that the registration form is non-editable once submitted. Face training once done cannot be retrained.
