If you love to read, here’s a perfect reading list for you. Even if you aren’t so much into reading, here are some books that could help you change your life.
1.THE SECRET by Rhonda Byrne
Ask. Believe. Receive.
The book is about the law of attraction. In other words, you attract what you think. If you think positive, you will attract happiness and if you think negative, then negativity will follow your path. Thoughts become actions. If you focus your attention on achieving a goal and believe not only that you can do it, but that you already have done it, you can achieve virtually any goal you set your mind to; You can achieve everything if you just believe enough in it. this book can change your perspectives on viewing life.
2.Ikigai by Hector Gracia and Albert Liebermann
In today’s materialistic and stressful world, it can be very difficult to find your ‘ikigai’- your reason to get out of bed every morning, something that makes you happy. But there are people in this world, who are over a hundred years, who are active, and happy, doing what they love! If they can be so passionate at their age, why not us?
This book teaches so many lessons regarding how to nurture our friendships, and how to overcome our personal fears and anxieties, in order to lead a fulfilling life. A particular quote from the book which has stuck with me is this- ‘being aware of the impermanence of things does not have to make us sad; it should help us love the present and those who surround us.’
This is a very important lesson, because there are certain things in life we can’t change no matter how hard we try, and we have to learn to be happy in spite of that. If we let the past control us, and worry about the future, it will destroy us. The present is the most important time of all, and we have to focus on that. Even if you haven’t found something you’re passionate about, it’s okay. It will take time, but you’ll find it. Once you find your ikigai , the wait will have been worth it. Loved this book.

3.The Subtle Art Of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson
A self-help genre, with insights into day to day problems and attitudes with which we deal them. The book has many ideas that are quite practical. The writer wins in engaging the reader till the end by the appropriate use of storytelling, robust language, a pinch of humor, and some harsh realities of life. . Mark teaches us that it’s okay to let go of certain things and focus on the problems that we choose to face in life. If you need some motivation read this book if you need some purpose to live a better life read this book and even if you had a bad relationship go with this book.
4.The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy
I completely acknowledge that this book does change the thinking patterns of an individual’s mind. Though it talks about umpteen topics the greatest thing which I loved most about it is the concept of faith in your subconscious mind. Whatever you cherish most in life, you just have to imagine it, feel it, and believe it, wonders happen undoubtedly, this is all because the Divine Power of our subconscious mind creates attractions and develops unimaginable sources from the unknown to make that happen. It is also applicable to the things we fear most. Totally relatable. Beautiful book. It can really change how you see things in life.

A wonderful book/guide to realizing and understand the essence of human-being and unlocking one’s full potential. It’s opened my eyes to the Now. The Now that has so much power and has so much contained in it and yet as nothing, it’s all in the space. More than anything, this book has helped me in silencing the endless mind chatter. I have become so much more conscious. This is a beautiful and excellent piece of literature that used correctly can change your life.
